Villa Likya: Located on the eastern side of the famous Kaş Peninsula which boasts the best sunsets. It is naturally sheltered and has a large pool terrace, only 100 metres from the sea with its own private swimming platform. Villa Likya is a villa with Mediterranean architecture with its doors opening to blue and colourful rooms. You’ll love waking up to views of the Mediterranean Sea in the company of birds every morning and watching the excursion boats passing by every 5 minutes.

The pool uses a copper-based purification system which means it is chemical free.

Included in the price:
Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the rental price of the villa. There is no extra fee for these utility costs. Sheets and towels are changed once a week. For stays of more than 7 nights a mid-stay light cleaning service is included.
Services NOT included in the price include things like:
Extra cleaning, extra sheet and towel changes, rental car, guide services, health and travel insurance.
Most of our properties are located in natural settings where the local flora and fauna can attract butterflies, insects (including bees, flies and, occasionally mosquitos). Although all our properties are sprayed regularly with insect repellent we cannot guarantee the absence of such things during your stay.

Damage Deposit: In case there is any damage, breakages, rubbish left or similar acts of negligence a security damage deposit of 2,000 TL is required at check-in. The deposit is returned within 3 days if no damage or problem is incurred.
