Villa Naturel: This property has views of nature and is a single-storey and stone-faced villa. There is a sheltered swimming pool in our villa, which can be easily rented by families, honeymooners and conservative families. There is a retractable curtain system for protection in front of the pool. When the pool is not in use, the curtain is opened to create a more spacious viewing angle. In our villa, where every comfort of its guests is considered and brought to life, there is also a children's pool, and it is an ideal option for families with children. It is 300 metres walking distance to Büyük Pebble Beach. It is a very suitable option for guests who cannot give up the pleasure of the sea during their villa holiday.

Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the rental price of the villa. There is no extra fee for these utility costs. Sheets and towels are changed once a week. For stays of more than 7 nights a mid-stay light cleaning service is included.

Extra cleaning, extra sheet and towel changes, rental car, guide services, health and travel insurance.
Most of our properties are located in natural settings where the local flora and fauna can attract butterflies, insects (including bees, flies and, occasionally mosquitos). Although all our properties are sprayed regularly with insect repellent we cannot guarantee the absence of such things during your stay.

Damage Deposit: In case there is any damage, breakages, rubbish left or similar acts of negligence a security damage deposit of 1,000 TL is required at check-in. The deposit is returned within 3 days if no damage or problem is incurred.
